Under the project proposal hot meals will be to provided to 54 people /from 03.05.2016 bis 28.02.2018/ and 71 people from 01.03.2018 bis 30.04.2020 from the following target groups: 1.1. Individuals and families on monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulations for the implementation of the Social Assistance Act ; 1.2 . People with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, which was assertained by the "Social Assistance" Directorate ; 1.3 . Single people and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement age ; disability ; survivors' pensions ; pensions not related to work;
