Providing a warm lunch in Dolna Banya Municipality - 2016 - 2019

Since 2009, Dolna Banya offers free hot lunch project Communal dining funded currently by the Social Protection Fund. The food is provided to the poorest residents of Dolna Banya in order to assist them in the most difficult winter period - from October to April. This project proposal adds builds on and extends the existing public dining on the territory of our community by providing the opportunity to function in the remaining period of the year, which is not provided national funding. The food is prepared in the kitchen based on the Home social patronage - Dolna Banya. For providing hot meals to people with difficulties in movement, Dolna Banya Municipality will carry supplies to their homes. The target groups of the project are: 1. Individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulations for the implementation of the Social Assistance Act; 2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them established by the Directorate "Social Assistance"; 3. Single people and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions unrelated to work. Expected results: Aided by hot lunch 150 inhabitants of Dolna Banya Municipality in the months that do not provide hot lunch project Communal dining room. The main project activities are: 1. Defining the target groups. 2. Purchase of food products. 3. Provide hot lunch. 4. Provision of accompanying measures.
