" Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of Belene "

With this project, the municipality of Belene aims disclosure of public dining room for 40 users of vulnerable groups for eleven months on weekdays. Persons who use the service will meet these standards: 1.1. Individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulations for the implementation of the Social Assistance Act; 1.2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them established by the Directorate "Social Assistance"; 1.3. Single people and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions unrelated to work.  Project activities: 1) Identification of target groups: after conducting an information campaign, candidate consumers apply for participation. Formed Commission for selection of beneficiaries will determine consumers' lists provided by the "Social Assistance" from 01.06. 2016 The rest will be in the waiting list. 2) Purchase of food products - in accordance with procedure conducted under the PPA for the municipality of Belene and including the delivery of food to this operation with an additional agreement to the basic contract. 3) Providing hot meals - cooking lunch will take place in the kitchen block the CPD. Users of the service will take prepared food home, and those with poor health food will be delivered to their homes to cars to food delivery. Warm lunch in the settlements of the municipality will be received with vehicles of social institution, together with the food of cartridged persons. 4) Provide accompanying measures - the team will consult consumers about individual and group opportunities for access to social, health, administrative and educational services.
