Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of Harmanli

The project proposal builds Public dining room "Providing hot meals" created by the previous line 2014BG05FMOP001-03.01. Social service community that will provide hot meals on weekdays from week to people with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them alone living persons and families receiving pensii- minimum retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions unrelated to work. The project will contribute to achieving the overall objective of the operational program related to the reduction of the number of people living in poverty, by helping them with food, with a view to overcoming the basic material deprivation. The project will complement and build on the existing Public room set up in the municipality of Harmanli, and function in the remaining period of the year for which it is secured national funding. Buying the products of Harmanli Municipality will be tailored to the requirements of national law and in compliance with the principles of openness and transparency. Will ensure the provision of a varied weekly menu, thus ensuring balanced nutrition of target groups in accordance with the requirements of food safety and national standards and norms for food. The municipality has the necessary kapatsitet- technical, financial and administrative for the proper implementation of the project. The project will provide for measures to prevent wastage of food, and feedback mechanism with end users. Will the requirements for publicity and promotion of support from the Fund for European assistance to the most deprived. Beneficiaries will use other social services provided by the municipality of Harmanli. Caregivers will be 150.
