Supplement and upgrade the activity of public dining in Municipality the public dining is financed by the National Program and realized with funds from the state budget by fund “Social Protection”. Determining the type of food will be done by Municipality. It will provide a varied weekly menu. Hot lunch will be prepared only on weekdays in the canteen of the municipality to 28.02.2018 and through an external provider fm 01.03.2018 for 47months as follows:June-December 2016 - 150 days.;January - December 2017 - 248 days; 2018 y - 249 days; 2019 - 252 days; January - April 2020 84 days Total: 649 463.10 lev The project proposal includes 45 person and families to 28.02.2018 and 400 persons on 01.03.2018 year that are social supported; persons without income; person without relatives to care for them; lonely living individuals and families that can’t support themselves through its property or through their work and receive minimum pensions. Not received hot lunch that corresponding terms and conditions of storage will be allocated in accordance with Article 4 Paragraph1 and Article 5, Paragraph 1 ordinance on the terms and conditions for determining the target groups under the Operational Program me for food.The municipality has the necessary facilities and furnishing for cooking and process of eating in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on Food.In the process of implementation, reporting of the project proposal and the determination of the participants in the target groups we will:Follow the horizontal principles.Comply with the requirements of financial management, transparency and publicity.Provide access to the target groups on equal terms to men and women;Work together with the Social Assistance Department; Observe hygienic sanitary standards and requirements;Promotes a balanced diet; Conduct accompanying measures; Publishes information about the progress of the Project on the site of the municipality.
