""Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of Novi Pazar"

The Project proposal has for purpose to upgrade the existing programs for providing lunch to disadvantaged people. It expands the scope of the currently acting national program for assistance to public cantines financed by the Fund "Social protection".Primary purpose of the Project:to provide hot meal to people in need who have fallen into disadvantage.The realization of this Project is part of the focused social politics which the Municipality of Novi pazar develops in support of people living in material deprivation and risk of social isolation.Target groups: 50 persons until 31.07.2017, 500 from 01.08.2017 and 415 persons from 01.10.2019, lists are provided by the Social Assistance Directorate in Novi pazar.Those people are living on monthly aid, regulated by the Art.9 of the Law on social services and social assistance.They might be: - Individuals with proven by the SAD lack of income and without relatives to take care of them; - living alone persons or families who receive the minimum pension (retirement pensions/disability pensions/survivors’ pensions/work related pensions); - Vagrants and/or homeless individuals; - Vulnerable groups individuals - Foreign countries citizens, by means of § 1, item 17 from the Annex regulation of the Refugee and Asylum policy Realization location:The activities related to meal preparation will be implemented inside the building of the Social Care Service–Novi pazar, where the kitchen box is located.The kitchen disposes of all necessary service facilities and storage rooms to prepare the food for the customers of the already existing service "Home respite care "for consumers municipality of Novi Pazar.Place of implementation: As of 01.08.2017 the food preparation activities will take place in the building of the company "Kay End Vii" Ltd, Sliven, mother-kitchen in the town of Sliven, from where the food will be delivered at the points in the settlements in the municipality of Novi Pazar at the time set for the activity.
