Project "Providing a warm lunch in Shabla 2016" allows the public dining, financed by the "Social protection" Fund, to upgrade their activities and to function for a longer period of the year. The project is targeted at people from vulnerable groups with a view to their active involvement in social life. With the realization of the project the range of available social services is expanding in the municipality of Shabla. Warm lunch will be provided for a period of 30 months from the persons in the eligible groups. Activities that will be included are: - Identification of the target groups - the list of the persons is provided by the "Social assistance" Directorate in Kavarna; - Purchase of food products - through a conducted procedure by the Public Procurement Law; - Providing a warm lunch - the activity will be realized by the Home social patronage Shabla; - Providing accompanying measures - the activity will be implemented by appointed health mediator in the Municipality, who will inform the population about social services and directs them to active involvement in social life through searching for jobs and inclusion into other social services that are provided in Shabla Municipality.
