Providing hot lunch - 2016

The service will be implemented in the city of Velingrad.The food will be prepared in the kitchen of Home for old people "Ela"-Velingrad.The food will be provided to individuals who can move on their own into their own vessels out of the kitchen where they will receive it.For people with disabilities and the sick ones, who are in bed all the time, the food will be delivered in cups in their homes. People will not eat in the dining room of "Home for the elderly people "Ela". The project is set to feed 50 people from the relevant target groups. People who failed to qualify in the main list , but they need hot lunch, will be included as reserves. Food delivery will be going every day for 48 months. A balanced diet for the users of the Project will be carried out on the basis of norms for nutrition, through the preparation of tasty and nutritious food consistent with existing prescription books and a weekly menu. In the transportation of food we will use two cars, which are equipped for this purpose - " Volkswagen Passat " and " Renault Megan ". The main target group for the provision of hot meals are: 1. Individuals and families monthly supported under the conditions of Article 9 of the Implementing Regulations of the Social Assistance Act; 2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them established by the "Social Assistance Directorate"; 3. Single people and families receiving minimum pensions -for retirement and old age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions not related to work; 4. Homeless children and persons; 5. Individuals from vulnerable groups -citizens to third parties within the meaning of §1, item 17 of the Additional provisions of the Law on Asylum and Refugees.
