The project aims to provide a public commitment to disadvantaged people in difficulties for inclusion in active working and social life, as well as optimally meet the needs of persons from vulnerable social groups: lonely elderly people with low incomes, people on social support seriously ill, disabled and people with daily hot meals. In the specifics of Avren municipality, a small municipality countryside - predominantly aging population and people from minority communities, as well as relatively high but unemployment in the municipality, the aim is to provide financial assistance through which to alleviate the heavy social and financial position of majority of the population with existing health and economic problems. In order to achieve effective and sustainable social policy in Avren Municipality to support individuals who need daily care and optimally meet the needs of deprived comes the need for disclosure of the service.
