The project proposal is a continuation of the active national program funding public dining rooms and aims to meet the needs of people in the Municipality of Kubrat who can not provide their own meal due to financial difficulty or health problems. The service aims people in the following target groups: - People who lack income or relatives who can take care of them; - Individuals and families who receive monthly financial support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of IRSAA, - People who live alone and families receiving minimum pensions or wages and are unable to meet their own basic needs. The aim of the social service is to provide hot meal for lunch: soup, main meal and bread for individuals and families who cannot buy their own food due to financial difficulty or health problems. The food will be provided by the Social Service Unit in the Municipality of Kubrat through the kitchen of the same Social Service Unit in Kubrat.
