"Providing hot meals - Municipality Bratsigovo 2016."

The realization of the project “Ensuring hot lunch -Municipality Bratsigovo 2016” will take place in the building of Home Social Patronage. The meals will be cooked on the basis of weekly menus prepared in advance and the calculations for them will be made on a collection of public catering recipes in accordance with the national standards and nutrition norms. At Home Social Patronage, we are working on a NACCAP system, which ensures compliance with the requirements for food safety. In selecting the recipients, the Mayor-appointed committee applies the principle of Regulation 223/2014 and the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for determining the target groups on the Food and/or Basic Material Assistance Operational Programme, co-financed by the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived. In applying the selection procedure, no discrimination of the candidates is permitted and the personal dignity of the recipients is respected. Hot lunch will be distributed to 50 people on the workdays of the month for the period from 09 May 2016 to 30 aprpil 2020. The municipality will provide transportation of the meals to the homes of the bed-bound. The realization of the project “Ensuring hot lunch – Municipality of Bratsigovo 2016”, will further, upgrade and extend the scope of the initiative of providing hot lunch through the public soup-kitchen, funded by the state budget through the Social Protection Fund, throughout the remaining period of the year when no national financing is provided. Food products will be purchased in compliance with the requirements of the national legislation and in line with the principles of publicity and transparency. We guarantee that we will provide a diverse weekly menu, which will ensure balanced diet to the target group, while respecting the food safety requirements, and the national standards and nutrition norms.
