The project proposal includes the activities: Identification of the target groups; Buying food products; Providing hot lunch; Provision of accompanying measures. The lists of the target groups will be determined by the Department of Social Security – Venets according to requirements of the REGULATION № RD-07-1 since 04.04.2016 concerning the terms and conditions for determining the target groups. The selection of the specific consumers will be performed according to the Procedure for selection. For the delivery of the food products is conducted procedure of the Public Procurement Law for the selection of supplier and there is a contract. Supplies will be by Requests according to the weekly menu. The hot lunch will be prepared in the kitchen of the Public Dining Room – the village of Bortsi, the Municipality of Venets, which meets the requirement of the Food Law. It will be appointed the kitchen staff. The hot lunch will be provided to 300 customers in the 13 towns and villages of The Municipality of Venets by transportation with vehicle registered under the Food Law. In every settlement will be determined a point of distribution – The City-hall. Food will be given to the consumers or their personal assistants/ maid-servants/ trustees / guardians by specified hourly schedule in disposable cutlery. For persons who have difficulty with mobility, it will be provided transportation of the food to the consumer`s home. Under the project will be provided accompanying measures such as: - Consulting about the opportunities for using other social services, provided on the territory of the Municipality of Venets, including those, financed by the European Social Fund; - Consulting about the use of administrative services and provision of temporary shelter to the homeless people, about support the access to the health and education services, about management of the family budget, about healthy and balanced diet or other.
