Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad

The project proposal provides for a warm lunch for people from the following target groups: 1. Persons and families of monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulation on the Application of the Social Assistance Act. 2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them, established by the Social Assistance Directorate. 3. Lone residents and families receiving minimum pensions - for length of service and age; for disability; hereditary pensions; pensions not related to employment. 4. Wandering and homeless children and faces. Task selection and targeting activities to be launched in June 2016 The activities of purchase of food products and provision of hot lunch are for the period 20.07.2016. until 31.01.2019.Food for lunch to be prepared from Home Social Patronage until 01.08.2018. to 116 users. From 01.08.2018. until 31.01.2019. the warm lunch service will be provided by a contractor selected by a contest under the OSP and RSPPC of 500 users. Warm lunches will be received by users against a signature. A weekly menu is being prepared. In the period of hot lunch provision, accompanying measures are also provided to individuals, expressed in individual counseling and social support assistance: For the period 01.05.2017 to 31.01.2019, within a total of 438 business days, as follows: 2017 - 167 working days; 2018d. - 249 working days 2019. - 249 working days 2020 - 63 working days  Consumers are expected to receive their meals from the Discovered Clubs for the elderly people and disadvantaged people and special needs on the territory of Dimitrovgrad, located in different neighborhoods in order to facilitate their facilitation. The poorly mobile people receive their food at home, using the means of transportation and patronage teams. The provided transport also provides food for the consumers from the settlements of the municipality of Dimitrovgrad.
