"Providing a warm lunch in the Municipality of Gorna Malina "

In the municipality of Gorna Malina is functioning the social service Home social patronage /HSP/ in the community. Its users are old, single people, people with disabilities and inability to self-service. The patronage serviced settlements in the municipality.The activities provided by HSP are aimed at meeting the needs of people for warm lunch, social work and providing assistance to obtain temporary health care. The building in Negushevo village, Gorna Malina, where HSP is situated, is public municipal property.Home social patronage - Gorna Malina is a secondary administrator of the budget to the municipality of Gorna Malina. He has experience in providing social services during the period from July 2013 to April 2015 implemented activities under the project "Development of social service" Public diningroom" financing by "Social protection" fund.The implementation of the project activities will reduce the social exclusion of persons will satisfy their needs for diverse and healthy meal. The project implementation will meet the needs of 80 people in need.The population in the municipality of Gorna Malina is almost old people. 129 old people use social services. Community services improve the quality of life of the lonely elderly and disabled people. After reviewing the analyzes and reports we selected the following target groups of the project: individuals and families monthly supporting under the conditions of Article 9 of the Implementing Regulations of the Social Assistance Act; persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them, established by the Directorate "Social assistance"- Elin Pelin, Gorna Malina; single people and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement and age, invalidity, survivors' pensions, pensions not related to employment.
