Home Care is a complex of social services in the community, "Food delivery" at the personal request to the consumer's home and "home nurse" who support and expand the capabilities of persons to lead independent lives in their usual home environment and to organize bits of the elderly and persons with special needs in order to preserve them longer in their usual home environment; limiting social exclusion and prevent placement in an institution. Since 2009 DPS provides the "Public room" in the current national program funded by the "Social protection" of 90 users to support the mostdeprived persons by providing balanced nutrition in a weekly menu, subject to safety requirements food and national standards and norms for food.
