"Warm lunch providing in Samuil Municipality - 2016"

This project proposal aims a life quality improvement of the most vulnerable groups by satisfying the basic food needs of people who can't provide it themselves and by creating conditions to exercise effectively their right to independence and social involvement. The Samuil Municipality work on warm lunch providing started successfully at the end of 2009 by the starting of the "Public meal center" Project on the territory of the whole country. Since then until 2015, the project was being fulfilled successfully, interrupted only during summer months, when it has not been provided a financing.Taking into account that the need of the service is permanent, Samuil Municipality applied in 2015 with the „Warm lunch providing in Samuil Municipality” project for a procedure of direct providing of gratuitous financial help 2014BG05FMOP001-03.01 „WARM LUNCH PROVIDING“-2015 and after the conclusion of an agreement in July 2015 a lunch is being provided for 155 people. According to the final consumers feedback forms,people being included from almost all target groups, the satisfaction level from the service quality is 100%. This is precisely the reason to keep in this project proposal the parameters set in the project, which are the following: -warm lunch providing for 155 people from all localities in Samuil Municipality; -warm lunch preparing in two meal centers-a kitchen with canteen at the address:village Vladimirovtsi, 4A Vasil Levski Str. and a kitchen with canteen at the address:village Samuil, 25 Cherni vrah Str.; -the warm lunch delivering to the consumer address with a motor vehicle which complies with the normative requirements for fulfilling the respective activity; -while delivering a food to the target groups representatives, the providing of accompanying measures by specialists from the Samuil municipal administration,the Social Rehabilitation and Integration Center of the v.Vladimirovtsi and from the Public Assistance Center of the v.Samuil is planned.
