"Providing a warm lunch in Devin municipality"

This project proposal is part of a purposeful social policy that the municipality of Devin is developing as to support people living in material deprivation and at risk of social exclusion. The project aims to open up two public refectories- one in the village of Gyovren, Grohotno and one in the town of Devin. The two refectories will provide free hot meals for a 140 people total, 40 people in the villaje of Gyovren, 50 people the village in the village of Grohotno and 50 people in the tawn of Devin.The service is to be provided during 15.08.2016.-30.04.2017 period, during work days only. The project will focus on the following target groups: 1. Individuals and families receiving monthly support under the conditions of Article 9 of the Implementing the Law of Social Assistance Regulations ; 2. People with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; 3. People living alone and families receiving minimum retirement age pension; people with disabilities; survivors' pensions; pensions related to employment. The implementation of the upper-mentioned activities will extend the temporal scope of the public refectory in Devin and will create a new one in the village of Grohotno., Gyovren, For a period for 01/07/2017 to 31/12/2019 the service " warm lunch" will be provided to 140 users for 629 days in 30 months.
