Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of "Tunja"

The essence of this project proposal is to be guaranteed equal access to the provision of ready meals (hot meals) to individuals and families in disadvantaged living in the 44 - settlements countryside Municipality "Tunja". During the period 01.07.2015-30.04.2016, the municipality implemented the project, which helps ensure the establishment of two new dining rooms that are not financed by the fund "Social Protection" in 16 settlements. Actually the service benefited year over 100 people living in material and financial penury. In this operation, the project aims to cover an additional 360 individuals and families at risk of social exclusion living in another 28 settlements in the countryside, away from the city, which will receive a hot lunch during the period in which dining financed by fund " social protection "does not function. The project adds builds upon and extends the existing national program to support public dining rooms, funded by the state budget through fund "Social Protection", allowing them to operate in the remaining period of the year, which is not provided national funding . Through the planned activities will include a total of not less than 510 persons - individuals and families with low incomes or without such, elderly and lonely people with no or minimal incomes, people with disabilities who have difficulty providing their lifestyle, self-service item. h. and preparation of food at home, 44 small rural settlements type.
