This project proposal will contribute to achieving the overall objective of the operational program related to reducing the number of people living in poverty, by helping them with food in order to overcome basic material deprivation. The specific objectives of this project proposal are aimed at: Complementarity, upgrade and extension of the existing national program to support existing public dining room in the municipality of Ivaylovgrad.
