"Providing hot meals municipatily Brusartsi 2016"

In Municipality Brusartsi to the moment there is no public dining room. With this project proposal, we seek to create a public dining room provides a warm lunch for thirty helpless persons in the period from month September 2016 year – April 2017 year including. Activities will be carried out by Home social patronage, located in the ground floor of the municipality Brusartsi, Georgi Dimitrov str. №85. Home social patronage has the necessary equipment for cooking for “Public dining room”. Home social patronage has nine numbers of staff, including one cook and assistant chef. To get consumers a varied and balanced food each week will make a menu in which the daily ration will include meat products in the soup or the main dish. Will be monitor the quality of the received food supplied, and if the labels contains the statutory designation – name, ingredients, quantity, expiry date and storage conditions, net quantity of pre-packaged products, name of the company or the person who develop this products, registered office and address, the country of origin on food imports, marking of batch instructions. The place where will be prepare and store food will be maintained in a state conforming to the competent authorities and circumstances will be proved by documents issued by them – RIOCOZ, SVCS, NVS and others. The persons who will participate in the activities of the project will be the following groups: -persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by “Social Assistance “Directorate -single people and families receiving minimum pensions –for retirement age and disability, pensions survivors, pensions unrelated to work
