Project "Providing hot lunch in the town of Lom" is directed to 135 persons and families from Lom who are in need and suit the following requirements: - Persons and families getting social assistance each month according to the conditions of article 9 from the Regulations of the Social Assistance Law; - Persons with proved lack of incomes and relatives who can take care of them, established by the "Social Assistance" Department - Lom; - Families and lonely retirees who have low income and can not withstand this income and property; Providing hot lunch for the representatives of the target groups will be only during the working days of the months in the period 01.09.2016 - 30.04.2020 - 655 days in total. The preparation of the meals will be made by Home Social Patronage - Lom. During the process of providing hot meals to the beneficiaries will be offered accompanying measures, expressed in individual counseling and assistance.
