The current project proposal is part of the purposive social policy of Maritsa Municipality aiming to support adults, families and children in need who live in material deprivation and risk of social isolation and who can’t provide themselves with livelihood. The project is designed to provide a warm lunch (catering) as the food will be prepared and delivered by an external implementer on the territory of the Maritsa Municipality to the homes of the people and families in need. 120 people in need are expected to benefit from it. The time period for the social service will be within 8 months during working days – from 01.09.2016 to 30.04.2017. The project proposal is aimed at the following target groups: 1. People living alone and families who can’t afford to support themselves through their properties or labour and people who get the minimal pension – for reaching pension age and having the necessary length of service, for disability, inheritable pensions, pensions, not associated with labour activities.
