Providing warm lunch in the Municipality of Mineralni Bani

Operation type 3 “Providing warm lunch” aims to help people who are in a bad economical state. It aims to satisfy their needs in terms of food. In a time frame of 7 months until 30/04/2017 the targeted group, will be receiving free food, prepared and delivered by an external contractor /Art. 37 Regulations on implementing the social assistance law, services and deliveries, annex 2/. The targeted group will be consisting of people who have been proved to have no or very low income, people who have no one to take care of them, people who receive minimal pension and etc. as written in a regulation by the minister of social politics № RD-07-1 from 04.04.2016. The targeted group of the project is 400 Individuals and families from 12 villages on the territory of Municipality Mineralni Bani: Mineralni bani, Susam, Tatarevo, Bryastovo, Spahievo, Sirakovo, Kolec, Sarnica, Karamanci, Angel voivoda, Boyan Botevo and Vinevo.Mineral baths Municipality has conducted a contest for selecting a contractor - social service providers, according to Art. 37 et seq. IRSAA and contracted №359-Y of 27.09.2016g. ET "Tanju-Nikolaj Trailov" for a period of 03.10.2016g. to 30.04.2017g. The food that has been prepared will be pursuant of the needs of the targeted group, will be diverse and will be meet the relevant requirements. The requirements on preparing the food will be under the control of Municipality Mineralni Bani. The distribution points will be the Town halls of the villages. The participants in the targeted group or their private assistents/, trustees or guardians will receive the food in the distribution points by schedule. Individuals who have troubles going to the distribution points will receive the food trough delivery by volunteers. The warm lunch will be given to the people in the targeted group in plastic dishes for single use.
