Providing a warm lunch in Kaloyanovo

The essence of this project proposal is to provide hot meals to individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Regulations for Implementation of the Social Assistance Act, individuals and families with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them, living alone individuals and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions related to employment in the municipality of Kaloyanovo. The project activities will build on and extend existing at the time "Home social patronage". During the implementation of the project will be taken necessary measures to avoid double funding and duplication of activities covered. It is envisaged that a committee formed by municipal officials to define the main target groups, beneficiaries of the project, based on provided by Directorate "Social support" Hisar lists and pre-specified mechanism selection. For the implementation of the next two project activities - purchase of food and provision of hot meals provided for the award of a contractor under the Public Procurement Act. Ready meals will be delivered to all settlements in the municipality of Kaloyanovo. Ready meals will be delivered in disposable plastic food containers in municipalities in inhabited places where they will be received by users ranked by the provision of a shuttle to the homes of people with difficulties in movement. Provided hot meals will be prepared under control by Kaloyanovo and the requirements for food safety, national standards and norms for nutrition and the requirement to contribute to a balanced diet regime. Accompanying measures envisaged in terms of individual or group counseling, support and cooperation of the target groups in case of specific needs and problems, support access to health and education services. Consumers will be prepared and they get consultative and informative material regarding healthy balanced diet.
