Providing a lunch in municipality of Momchilgrad

With this project the municipality Momchilgrad will be implemented social service " Public room " which will provide free hot meals to needy people. The project is part of a purposeful social policy of Momchilgrad municipality in support of people living in material deprivation and at risk of social exclusion.Momchilgrad municipality after a competition held by the Social Assistance Act will outsource the management and provision of services of a licensed dostavchik. Acts on buying food , preparing hot lunch will be done by an external supplier. Will make an information campaign to familiarize citizens with the objectives of the project, service , activities , expected effect on the target group and results. Will organize the collection of applications from candidates belonging to one of the target groups.By the Mayor will form a committee that will develop a procedure for selection and will determine those who will use daily social service . In a list will be provided daily free hot lunch , including soup , main dish and bread. Thus daily 70 persons who live in material deprivation will provide support .In parallel with the provision of social service " Public room " Momchilgrad Municipality will also provide accompanying measures in terms of consultation of representatives of the target groups konsultant. The act will include specific actions as follows:counseling, information on possible administrative services provided by different institutions and promote access to them - support working with relatives of vulnerable people, providing a secure environment, informing the Directorate "Social Assistance" and other institutions in occurred risks, helping to ensure aids assistance on what other social services provided in the municipality can be used, for certain administrative services and support access to health and educational institutions.
