Providing a warm lunch in Public dining in the municipality of Lucky

Providing hot meals to needy persons from Luki target groups: unemployed, living alone individuals and families receiving minimum pensions, persons with proven lack of income and relatives, persons supported by Article 9 of the SAA. The project activities will continue and extend current "Public room" - gr.Laki to "Social protection", MLSP. During the execution will take the necessary measures to avoid double funding and duplication of activities covered. With administrative capacity of the municipality will be selected key target groups, beneficiaries of the project, based on provided by DPS Asenovgrad list of LOD and preliminary schedules selection mechanism. Izpalnenieta for the next two activities project- buying food and providing a hot lunch provided their direct procurement of a contractor under the Public Procurement Act. Finished feed will be obtained in three ways: - In the canteen contractor - for residents of gr.Laki - Delivery settlements - for residents of local villages - Delivery of place - for people with disabilities        Provided hot meals will be prepared under the direct control of the Municipality Luki and in compliance with the requirements for food safety, national standards and norms for nutrition and the requirement to contribute to a balanced diet. It proposed to provide hot meals to start from 01.09.2016g. They will be covered 118 users from all settlements in the municipality. The project provided one month to contract with a contractor and validation list of the beneficiaries, and contracts with them. Providing the service is intended to be within 44 months - on weekdays. During the project implementation will be provided for users of the service accompanying measures.
