Providing a warm lunch in Minicipality of Dryanovo 2016 - 2019

This project proposal envisages Dryanovo municipality to provide a service "Daily preparing and delivering hot meals to the needs of households - city. Drianovo" in the period from 1st of September, 2016 to 31th of December, 2019. For the period of 1217 calendar days, every day will be provided lunch for 50 (60 after 01.04.2018) people from different risk groups, namely: - Individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Regulations implementing the law on social assistance; - Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; persons who are denied assistance for heating season 2015/2016 year and next; - Single people and families receiving minimum pensions; - Additional target groups: individuals and families supported by Decree № RD 07-5 / 2008 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy; The service will be provided in accordance with the principles of balanced nutrition and requirements for food safety and national standards and norms for food. In the presence of handicapped users who are unable to receive in person or with help hot food will be provided way to deliver food to the home of the person / persons. Service-providing hot meals based on contract is outsourced, which together with Dryanovo municipality will organize the activity of providing unearned hot lunch. Along with the main activity within the project will be implemented and accompanying measures, including support, assistance, individual and group advisory in response to identified specific needs and concerns of the representatives of the target groups. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to improving quality of life and meet the needs of food to people who can not secure it alone.
