Provision of hot lunch in Roman Municipality

The goal of the current project is the provision of hot lunch for people and families living alone and people in financial trouble residing in Roman Municipality. The project activities will upgrade and expand the range of the active "Social Patronage" and the principle of no double funding and activities will be respected. The following two activities - purchase of food and provision of hot lunch will be assigned to an executor according to Public Procurement Law. The prepared food will be delivered to a material and technical foundation, registered according to article 12 of Food Law and distributed to the consumers, a transport services will be provided for disabled people. Roman Municipality will observe the hole process of food preparation following the national regulations for food safety and the principle of balanced diet. Providing hot lunch will start from the month of November 2016, it will be covered up to 50 users from all settlements in the municipality within 6 months, and on working days a month. The main target groups that will provide hot lunch in the project are: 1. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them, found by DPS 2. Single people and families receiving minimum retirement pensions and old age, invalidity, survivors' pensions, pensions unrelated to work; The lunch has not been received will be allocated an additional target group, which includes: 1. Individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of IRSAA 2. Specific representatives of the main target group included in reserve waiting list.
