Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of Sliven

The project proposal envisages provision of food for people from the following target groups: 1. People and families, monthly supported under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulations for the implementation of the Social Assistance Act; 2. People with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them. The described circumstances must be determined by the Social Assistance Directorate; 3. Single people and families who cannot support themselves through their property or their work and receive minimal pensions for retirement and old age, disability, survivors' pensions or pensions, unrelated to work activities. 4. Homeless adults and children; 5. Individuals from vulnerable groups: third-country citizens within the meaning of § 1, p. 17 of the Additional provisions of the Law on Asylum and Refugees.
