Hot meal Kavarna - 2016

The implementation of the project and the operation of public dining room by an external contractor (to 30.04.2017) and by Home Social Patronage - Kavarna (DSP-Kavarna from 01.12.2017), are oriented to the most deprived persons in the municipality, to people at risk of poverty. The project will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the operational program and the grant. Two hundred representatives of the target groups will be selected and will recieve a hot lunch consisting of: soup, main dish, bread (dessert - optional). The food will be prepared by "Drago" LTD/ DSP-Kavarna. Also the food will be provided as a varied weekly menu, ensure a balanced diet under requirements and national food safety standards. The municipality has chosen the contractor who has an adequate food preparing and delivering capacity and experience. Throughout the period of the project will be implemented accompanying measures which will consist of informing and consulting actions on the availability of social and administrative services, healthy and balanced diet, and other forms of support, assistance, individual or group counseling implemented in response to identified specific needs and problems of representatives target groups. As a result of the project 200 persons of Kavarna Municipality will receive a hot lunch for 21 months will be improving their access to social services and will achieve a reduction of poverty and social exclusion.
