Providing a warm lunch for the needy in the municipality of Sevlievo

The project proposal is aimed at giving social support by providing "warm lunch" and accompanying measures to the most desperate residents of the municipality of Sevlievo. Sevlievo municipality has seven years of experience in providing the service "Public room". With the implementation of the project "Providing a warm lunch for the needy in the municipality of Sevlievo" will allow to upgrade the activities of the dining room and the possibility that it operates all year round. So far Sevlievo municipality has provided warm lunch to 54 users per year. For the purpose of the project is provided every working day of the month in the DPS Sevlievo to prepare food according to certain criteria and standards for the country. "The warm lunch" will be provided to end users, which will be recorded in the list of beneficiaries prepared by designated officials. The target group of persons entitled is determined by the staff of D"RP' in accordance with Regulation 07-1/04.04.16.The main target group is: 1. Individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art.9 IRSAA, 2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the D"SP"; 3. Single people and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions not related to work; 4. Wandering and homeless children and persons; 5. Individuals from vulnerable groups - third parties under paragraph 1, p. 17 of the Additional provisions of the Law on Asylum and Refugees. Users will be recruited after an application for inclusion in the project and performed selection by a commission appointed by the mayor of the municipality of Sevlievo. T For the successful implementation of the project proposal is planned to be offered accompanying measures by experts of the Beneficiary, and for this purpose the users will be consult according to their needs.
