"Providing hot meals in Sofia municipality - distict Vitosha"

The main objective of the project proposal is to provide free hot meals to needy persons who get socially disadvantaged. This project is part of a purposeful social policy which Sofia municipality - distict "Vitosha" developed to support individuals and families receive monthly assistance; persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; single people and families receiving minimum pensions; wandering and homeless people.The project envisages to provide hot meals to 48 users in a distict "Vitosha ", representatives of the main target groups identified in the instructions of Ordinance № RD - 071 from 04.04.2016 MLSP for a period of six months - 01.11.2016- 30.04.2017, Annex 1 extendes the period of the project to 31.12.2019. District "Vitosha" has building on the territory of village Vladaia, which is municipal property, it is situated on the town hall of the village and also has a separate section for public dining implementing the service providing hot meals the most deprived persons in the district. In the autumn-winter season from 2013 to 2016 created dining is cooked and providing hot meal on a project financed by Fund "Social Protection" in MLSP, and during the summer of 2015 - the project "Provision of hot meals in Sofia municipality - distict "Vitosha", financed by the Operational Programme for food and / or basic material assistance, financed by the EPF to the most deprived persons 2014-2020. With the implementation of this project proposal will create an opportunity to upgrade and expand the scope of activities of already existing public dining room. It will be available during working days of the month hot food that will be distributed individually.
