Providing hot meals

Providing a new kind of social service to the community - "Providing hot lunch" in Municipality of Garmen within the period of project implementation – from 01.11.2016 until 31.12.2019 (38 months). If project proposal is approved, will be prepare a report from the mayor of Garmen municipality, to join the necessary food products, for the preparation of hot meals to the project under which already have signed a contract with the company "TEFO" Ltd. with subject "Regular food supply for the needs of the Center for Social Services “Vyara, Nadejda i Lubov” in village of Marchevo, municipality of Garmen". By providing it is provided hot meals to 70 needing persons satisfying the target groups. The food will be prepared in a Daily center for social services “Vyara, Nadejda i Lubov” in village of Marchevo, where is located the kitchen of Social patronage v. Marchevo. For the persons who are difficult to move and live remotely, the food will be delivered to the place where they live. Municipality of Garmen is a provider of social services under the Social Assistance Act. Under the project will be implemented the following accompanying measures: once a week will be defined day of talks and advice for consumers, to which will be provided hot lunch, in which it will be informed by an employee of the Municipal Administration Garmen, about the possibilities and conditions for the use of other social services in the community. They will be directed to the Directorate "Social Assistance", Directorate "Labor Bureau" - Gotse Delchev and other institutions, according to identified needs. Consultations will be held for the use of administrative services; advice on opportunities to access educational services and referral to relevant institutions; advice on options for the use of health services.
