Providing a hot lunch in the municipality of Nesebar

The project "Providing hot lunch in the municipality of Nessebar" planned to build and expand public dining activity in Nessebar and help this part of the population of the municipality that receives a minimum income and difficult to provide funds to meet the daily needs of food . The aim is to provide food to the representatives of selected target groups - 1.1 Individuals and families with monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Rules for the application of the law on social assistance; 1.2. People with proven lack of income and relatives who take care for them; 1.3 Single people and families receiving pension for minimum retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions, pensions unrelated to work. Providing food will be carried out in the period November 2016 - April 2017 and will be covered 50 users. It will be offered a varied diet which meets the criteria for a balanced diet, which will be prepared by staff with appropriate qualifications. Planned activities are: 1. Selection of consumers - will be carried out in close cooperation with the Directorate "Social assistance" as required by the application and consider the reality and needs in each district of the municipality; 2. Buying food - in compliance with the Public Procurement Act for the selection of suppliers and legal framework regulating the production and marketing of food; 3. Ensuring a hot lunch - including the provision of a balanced diet of target groups, in compliance with the requirements for food safety and national standards and norms for nutrition; 4.Excecuting accompanying actions aimed at supporting and helping to solve specific problems of the target groups.
