The objective of this project is to reduce the number of people living in poverty, by helping them with food in order to overcome basic material deprivation by providing free hot meals to needy persons. The hot lunch will be prepared in the kitchen block of Home social patronage / SAD /, located in the town. Sredets Street. "Vasil Kolarov" № 28. The hot lunch will be packaged in disposable containers and ships in consumers' homes using official vehicles and mobile teams of SAD, after passing the signature of consumers prepared in advance lists of their personal data. Will be compiled and feedback forms that will be available to consumers. In addition to the distribution of food will be offered and accompanying measures to reduce social exclusion and / or deal with emergency social situations emancipating and sustainable way, which are expressed in individual / group counseling and assistance for the use of social and / or administrative services to support access to health and education services, to manage the family budget, healthy and balanced diet, as well as for individual or group counseling in response to identified specific needs and problems of consumers.
