"Providing a hot lunch in Opan Municipality"

The Opan Municipality Hot Lunch Project targets 35 people and families who are disadvantaged and meet the following target groups: - Persons and families of monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the RBMP; - persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; - single persons and families receiving minimum pensions for periods of insurance and old age, disability, survivors' pensions and non-employment pensions; - persons and families, assisted by Ordinance No. RD-07-5 of 2008 on the conditions and procedure for granting targeted heating aid for the heating season preceding the granting of the aid. Providing a warm lunch to the representatives of the target group will be only on weekdays of the months, within 749 days from 01.05.2017. to 04/30/2020 - Provision of a warm lunch to the representatives of the target group will be only on working days of the months, within 749 days from 01.05.2017. by 30.04.2020. Opan municipality has a completely renovated and renovated building in the village of Opan, which houses the kitchen block of DSP dining room that meets the modern sanitary and functional requirements. The preparation of the food will be carried out by the DSP, consumers from other settlements will receive a warm lunch in the town hall buildings. For the representatives of the target groups, who have difficulties in moving and cannot go to the dining room - Opan village for getting a hot lunch, delivery to the consumer's home will be arranged, and the consumers will receive it for signature. The prepared food will be tailored to the needs of the target group, diversified and meet the requirements of the relevant control authorities. A weekly menu will be prepared. During the hot lunch period, accompanying measures will be provided to the persons, expressed in individual counseling and assistance for social support.
