Providing a hot lunch in the region " Ilinden"

The realization of this projects is part of the activities and workings conducted by the Administration of Sofia Municipality - District of “Ilinden” mainly focused on improving the quality of life of its residents. The project documentation aims at the provision of cost-free warm food for a period of 6 months to specific social groups - population at risk of social isolation in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance №RD-07-1/04.04.2016 issued by The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. The planned activities will take place at the building of the “Club of the Invalids and Retired People” in the Public Dining room where the The District Administration of “Ilinden” provided a cost-free food to 72 indigent persons during the period of autumn and winter seasons from 2013 to 2016 in accordance with the "Public Catering" Project financed by the "Social Protection" Fund. The District Administration of “Ilinden” has already completed the projects “Support for Decent Life” and “New Opportunities for Care”. The “Independent Living In “Ilinden” District” Project provided by the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020 is currently being implemented. The realization of this project proposal will create an opportunity for upgrading and expanding the scope of activities of projects in the field of the social policy of the region.
