Providing a warm lunch in the Municipality of Teteven - 2016

The project envisages providing warm meals to people in the target groups on the territory of Teteven city and Glojene village. 50 representatives of the target lists of Directorate "Social support" will be included. The selection will be made pursuant to Ordinance № RD 7-01 of 4th April 2016 of MLSP and already approved by the practice mechanism for identifying the most deprived people in the municipality in consultation with social workers. Target groups are individuals and families entitled - people without income and relatives to take care for them, single living people and families with minimal pensions. The selection committee will review each month the lists of Directorate "Social support", and will consider problematic situations relevant to the project. Food products will be supplied by a contractor selected by a public procurement procedure. The food will be prepared on the basis of Home social services in the city of Teteven, will be delivered in all settlements by vehicles of DSS and will be distributed to consumers against signature. Accompanying measures will include gathering information on wandering and homeless individuals and children at risk of extreme poverty and directing them to the social assistance system, as well as providing information about the possibilities of the OP for food and / or basic material assistance and OP HRD 2014 2020. The project envisages provision of hot meals in all working days - 460, until 28.02.2019.
