"Providing a warm meal - 2016 - 2019 in Lyulin District"

The primary goal of this project is to provide social support by providing of warm meal to citizens. Target group are the most deprived people in "Lyulin" district. In the project plan the main idea is to provide warm lunch to people from target group every working day. Municipal Enterprise "Social Patronage" will prepare and deliver the meal according to the criteria and standards set for the country.The target group is determined by social workers from departments "Social Assistance" according to Decree № RD-07-1 / 04.04.2016 issued by Minister of Labour and social policy. This decree is based on rules in Operational program under the fund for European aid to the most deprived. People from the target group will be invited to be included in the project by the expert from "Lyulin" district of Sofia Municipality. The project will provide accompanying measures by expert working in Sofia municipality, "Lyulin" district. Experts will consult people from the target group, who receive warm meal. The end of the project is 30.04.2020
