Providing a warm lunch in the municipality of Kuklen

Project envisages providing hot meals to persons from the Municipality of Kuklen falling within the following target groups: - Individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulations for the implementation on the Social Assistance Act; - Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them established by the Directorate "Social Assistance"; - Single people and families receiving minimum pensions - retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions not related to work; The project activities will continue to 30.04.2016.and will be extend current "Public room" - Kuklen financed by "Social protection" fund, MLSP. During the execution will be taken the necessary measures to avoid double funding and duplication of the activities. With administrative capacity of the municipality will be selected beneficiaries of the project, based on provided by DPS Rodopi list of persons and preliminary schedules selection mechanism. The implementation of the next two project activities, purchase of food and providing a hot lunch are provided by their direct procurement of a contractor under the Public Procurement Act. The food will be obtained i three ways: the subject of the candidate - for residents of Kuklen; delivery settlements - for residents of local villages; delivery place - for people with disabilities. It proposed to provide hot meals to start from 01.11.2016. It will be covered up to 50 users from Kuklen and Ruen.; from 01.05.2017 - 60 users. Providing the service is intended to be within six months - on weekdays. During the project implementation will provide accompanying measures for consumers.
