Public Dining in The Municipality of Elin Pelin

Overall objective: The project implementation will lead to meeting the needs of 80 individuals in need of the "public dining". The implementation of the project activities will reduce the social exclusion of the target groups and will lead to satisfying their needs for diverse and healthy eating. The main target group of the project are: Individuals and families to monthly social assistance; persons with proven lack of income and relatives; single people and families and other socially disadvantaged individuals and families. Results: Satisfying the needs of a diverse and healthy food of at least 80 needy persons; Reducing social exclusion of target groups and dealing with emergency social situations in emancipating and sustainable manner. Activities: - Identification of target groups - Buying Food - Providing hot lunch - will be revealed 1 Public dining room for 80 representatives of the main and additional target group for the period from November 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017, under Annex, until 30.04.2018. The dining room will serve all settlements of Elin Pelin Municipality. It will be carried out pouring of hot meals and providing individual packages food products at the point of beneficiary - Elin Pelin and / or home users. - Providing accompanying measures supplementing the provision of hot meals - studying the needs of the target groups of new social services, preparation of information materials for fundamental social rights, referral to other services, individual and group counseling to manage the family budget, to prepare guidelines for a balanced diet and others. - Activities for the organization and management of the project - administering the contract for project implementation, providing information and publicity, implementation of user feedback.
