The purpose of this project proposal is to help the most deprived of the population by giving them the opportunity to receive a warm lunch. The objective directly corresponds to the achievement of the overall objective of the operational program to reduce the number of people living in poverty through their food support, with a view to overcoming a fundamental material deprivation. To achieve the goal, the following actions will be implemented: - Determination of the target groups (in accordance with Ordinance № RD-07-1 from 04.04.2016 on the terms and conditions for defining the target groups under the Operational Program for Food and / or Basic Material Assistance co-financed by the European Support Fund for the most- Needy persons); - Purchasing of food products; - Provision of a warm lunch; - Provision of accompanying measures. As a result of the implementation of the activities, the quality of life of people in the target group who are unable to provide a "hot lunch" will be improved by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right to social inclusion while respecting their rights , Taking into account their capabilities and specific needs. In the period 05.10.2016. Until 30.04.2017. The project covers 200 users from the target groups and from 01.05.2017, respectively 01.09.2017, will be covered by 360 users.
