“Providing warm lunch to the most deprived people of Balchik Municipality”

The project envisages provision of warm lunch to 80 people from the following target groups: - Individuals and families on monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Regulations implementing the law on social assistance; - People with proven lack of income and relatives that take care of them identified by Directorate "Social Assistance" - Balchik; - People living alone and families receiving minimum pensions - for contribution period and age, disability, survivors' pensions, pensions unrelated to labor activity The users of the service will receive lunch in the dining hall of Home social patronage – Balchik, №2 Varnenska Str., for the period December 1st 2016 – April 30th 2017, November 1st 2017 - April 30th 2018, November 1st 2018 - April 30th 2019, November 1st 2019 - December 31st 2019. For the period of implementing the project will be prepared weekly menus. The requirement for balanced diet for the most deprived will be met. Control over the implementation of the activity will be exercised by the project team. Will conduct random checks tracking the course of preparation and delivery of the meals. In the implementation of the project activities are planned to be provided accompanying measures about the possibilities for inclusion in the appropriate actions financed by the operational program "Development of Human Resources" 2014-2020 and Operational Programme for food and / or basic material assistance.
