Provision of hot lunch in Slivnitsa Municipality

This project proposal for the implementation of social service "Providing hot meals - 2016 - 2019" has been prepared on the basis of the Social Assistance Act and its implementing Rules and the Municipal Development Plan of the municipality of Slivnitsa 2014 – 2020 where the following social trends were reported: Priority: Improving the quality of social services and integration of socially excluded and minority groups; Measure: Keeping the quality and creating new social services in the municipality; Activities: Expanding and improving the quality of the existing social services in the municipality: personal assistant, social assistant, home assistant, home care, social kitchen. The main target group of the project: 1.Individuals and families monthly supported under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of IRSAA; 2.Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; 3.Single people and families receiving minimum pensions for retirement age; disability; pensions not related to the work activity; 4. Families and lonely retired people who have low incomes and suffer severe material deprivation. Additional target group of the project: 1.Individuals and families supported by Decree № RD / 07-5 since 2008 .; 2.Individuals and families received a one-time aid by Article 10 of ZSPD; 3. Individuals and families received in 2015. and / or 2016. one-time or monthly benefits for prevention and reintegration, raising the child by relatives and foster families under the terms and conditions of IRCPA. The project will be implemented through activities and measures to achieve the planned results in the proposal as follows: 1.Organization and project management; Forming beneficiaries; Providing hot meals to 500 individuals of the target groups; 2.Preparation of an invitation and contract for direct award under Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of PPL food supply; 3.Implementation of accompanying measures; 4. Information and publicity.
