Provision of hot lunch in Karlovo Municipality

The purpose of the project proposal is to provide a hot lunch to persons from the target group: persons under monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Regulation on the Application of the Social Assistance Act and the lonely residents and families and persons with a proven lack of Incomes and relatives to take care of them on the territory of the municipality.The project activities will build up and expand the scope of the existing "Home Social Patronage" and during its implementation the necessary measures will be taken to avoid double financing and duplication not of activities covered.It is envisaged that a team formed by an order of the mayor to define the main target groups - beneficiaries of the project on the basis of received lists from the "SP" in Karlovo and a pre-prepared selection mechanism.To purchase the food products and provide hot lunch is provided Directly awarding a contractor under the Public Procurement Act.The ready meals will be delivered to designated points in the settlements of the municipality of Karlovo. From there the qualified consumers will receive a warm lunch. The provided hot lunch will be prepared by the contractor under direct control and in compliance with the safety requirements Food standards, national standards and dietary standards, and the requirement to contribute to a balanced diet. The provision of a warm lunch is scheduled to start on 17.10.2016, covering up to 268 community users within 31.05.2017 May 2017 on working days of the months; And up to 400 pcs from 01.06.2017 to 07.07.2017;Up to 650 users from10.07.2017-01.08.2018;400pcs from 02.08.2018-31.12.2019The present project proposal includes monthly consultations on opportunities for use of other social services, use of administrative municipal services and support for needs and problems of representatives of the target group of employees Karlovo Municipality and will be realized during the whole period of the "Hot lunch" activity.
