The aim of this project is to provide cooked warm food for individuals with proven lack of income and relatives ready to take care of them which has been confirmed by the corresponding ‘Social support’ office, individuals and families living by themselves, who cannot rely on their property or labor for support and receive minimal pensions – retirement pension, disablement pension, hereditary pension, pension unrelated to length of service. A team of public servants will be formed in order to determine the main target groups of the project on the basis of registers provided by the Social Support Administration of Hissarya and specially designed mechanism of user choice. The task of providing the food products and the meal is to be delegated to external executive in accordance with the Law of Public Procurement. Scheduled to start on 17.10.2016 the ‘cooked warm food’ program is planned to reach up to 200 users in its 31 months of duration. Additional measures will be taken on the present project.
