The realization of this project and the provision of public social service dining room aimed at the needy with persons at risk of poverty in Dobrichka. The project will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the operational program and operation of direct grant aid. It will be made selection of 240 users of the target groups (170 - from the beginning of the project and additional 70 from 01.02.2018) which will be contracted and will be provided with hot lunch consisting of: soup, main dish, bread and savings - dessert. The service will be provided on working days by 13 (8 - from the beginning of the project and additional 5 from 01.02.2018) units of the Home social patronage have adequate facilities and equipment for food preparation and transport to consumers. Food will be purchased under contracts in accordance with national law. The users will be provided a varied weekly menu will be provided balanced nutrition, subject to the requirements for food safety and national standards and norms for food. Throughout the period of the service will be implemented and accompanying measures will consist in informing and advising consumers on the availability of social and administrative services for healthy and balanced diet, and other forms of support, assistance, individually or group counseling implemented in response to identified specific needs and problems. As a result of the project 240 persons from the Municipality of Dobrichka will receive a hot lunch for 15 months will be improving their access to social services and will contribute to reducing poverty and social exclusion.
