Providing hot meals in municipality of Nikolaevo

Operation 3 "Provision of hot lunch" is aimed at helping people in dire economic conditions to meet their needs for food. Within 10 months, 201 days from 02/13/2017 until 30/11/2017, the individuals and families monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Regulations for Implementation of the law on social assistance, people with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them and single people and families receiving minimum pensions will receive free meals prepared and delivered by a company registered as a provider of social service "Public room" at the social assistance Agency pursuant to Article 18 , paragraph 3 and Article 37, paragraph 1 of the Regulations implementing the law on social assistance after a competition. The target group of the project comprises 500 people from all settlements in the municipality of Nikolaev. Ready meals will be delivered to all settlements in the municipality of Nikolaevo in disposable plastic food containers in municipalities in the settlements, where they will be received by ranking users by providing providing transportation to the homes of people with difficulties in movement. The supplied hot lunch will be prepared under control by the Municipality Nikolaevo and the requirements for food safety, national standards and standards of nutrition and requirements to contribute to a balanced diet. Accompanying measures envisaged in terms of support and cooperation of the target group in case of specific needs and problems, supporting access to health and education services; Conducting individual or group counseling.
