Providing a warm lunch in Municipality Zlataritsa

Project activities will start on 01.02.2017, it will be provided hot meals to 100 users of social service. They will be covered individuals from three target groups under the terms of the program: - Individuals and families assisted per month under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulations for the implementation of the Social Assistance Act; - Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; - Single people and families who can not support themselves through their property or their work and receive pensions in small dimensions - retirement age; disability; survivors' pensions; pensions related to employment. 'Pilot will start implementation in three settlements in the Municipality Zlataritsa, namely: Zlatarica ,Gorsko Novo selo and village Rodina Our motives for choosing a certain settlements are: 1.The municipalty of Zlatarica is in a mountainous area and access to other settlements is difficult, especially in winter months. 2.According to the preliminary studies, the - number of persons falling within the target groups concentrated on the territory of the said localities. The service will be provided by an external company - provider, the choice will be implemented in accordance with Art. 20, para 4 pt. 2 of the PPA. Currently Zlataritsa municipality has a contract № DCF-36-102 from 29.03.2016, with the company "Hranserviz BG" Ltd., which prepared daily food menu and approved quantity needs for the local children`s garden,for accommodation center for children and young people without damage,for the house for old people and for home care.The contract term is 36 months, the choice of contractor was conducted in accordance with Art. 16 para. 8 ppl / canceled /. The same contractor stated intention to involve in the project activities, said the opportunity to prepare food in the form of the "Catering"
