This project proposal is the result of a thorough analysis of the needs of vulnerable people and people at risk of Mirkovo Municipality. The project was developed in compliance with the European Fund for helping the most deprived. Moreover, the project contributes to the national goal of reducing the number of people living in poverty by 2020 in line with the strategy "Europe 2020". The project of Mirkovo Municipality is entirely focused directed at people living in the highest level of poverty and social exclusion.
